Help children and teens recognize, name, express and communicate their feelings in a healthy way.
Healing the Wounded
Due to the multiple financial, economic and political crises in Lebanon, the Beirut explosion on August 4, 2020, and the ongoing challenges (lack of gasoline, diesel, and primary resources…), children and adolescents, as adults, deal with many complex emotions: Loneliness, anxiety, anger, sadness, loss of purpose, etc. The only difference is that they don’t know how to express these feelings in a healthy way without hurting themselves or others.
